Plans and what they include
Learn how the Free, Basic, Pro and Enterprise plans differ, and why you choose a plan for a project but pay for a domain.
CookieOfficer offers four plans: Free, Basic, Pro and Enterprise. The plan determines the available features and is assigned to a specific project, while the price depends on the size of each domain separately. Below you'll find a detailed description of the features in each plan, the pricing rules and the consequences of changing plans.
The plan applies to the project, the price applies to the domain
This is the key rule of our model, and it is worth understanding it well from the start.
The plan is assigned to the project and determines the available features, such as the number of supported languages, geolocation rules, consent sharing or API access. This is for technical reasons. The banner configuration is one set of settings for the whole project, and all domains in the project load the same code. That is why a feature enabled for one domain has to be available to the whole project.
The price, on the other hand, depends on the size of the specific domain, which we determine from the number of subpages.
The only exception: the limit on the number of domains applies to the whole account, not to a single project. Otherwise, users could easily get around it by creating a new project.

Note two points that are often overlooked:
- The Basic plan covers domains of up to 100 subpages, which is the same as the Free plan. The difference lies in the available features and the limit on the number of domains.
- Consent sharing across the domain group is available only from the Pro plan, not from Basic.
In the “Subpages per domain” row, the number given is the pricing range for the whole plan. For example, in the Pro plan you can choose from four pricing tiers, from 400 to 10,000 subpages, but the choice of tier doesn't affect the available features.
How much each plan costs
Prices depend on the size of the domain and are given in PLN, per domain. The rates apply from 10 September 2026.
| Plan | Domain size | Monthly | Annually |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | up to 100 subpages | 0, free plan | 0 |
| Basic | up to 100 subpages | 19 | 183 |
| Pro | up to 400 subpages | 49 | 470 |
| Pro | up to 4,000 subpages | 99 | 951 |
| Pro | up to 7,500 subpages | 179 | 1,718 |
| Pro | up to 10,000 subpages | 299 | 2,871 |
| Pro | over 10,000 subpages | individual pricing | individual pricing |
Annual billing is 20% cheaper than twelve monthly payments. The amounts in the last column are annual prices.
We add a 5% buffer to each tier, in your favour. For example, a domain with 105 subpages fits in the “up to 100” tier.
We price domains above 10,000 subpages individually. The agreed amount goes onto the standard bill, and the Enterprise plan isn't required in this case.
Changing your plan and the rules for it
| Direction of change | Takes effect | Billing |
|---|---|---|
| To a higher plan | immediately | prorated, extra charge on the next invoice |
| To a lower plan | from the next billing period | no refunds, full charge for the current period |
| During the trial period | immediately | no proration, because you haven't paid yet |
Moving to the Free plan isn't a plan change but a cancellation of your subscription. You'll find it in the payments panel, not in the list of plans.
Differences between the Pro and Enterprise plans
The Enterprise plan differs from Pro in four ways:
- access to API keys and webhooks, available only in Enterprise,
- a daily automatic scan instead of a weekly one,
- a higher monthly scanning budget,
- longer Consent Log retention, 60 months instead of 36.
You can't buy the Enterprise plan on your own. We assign it once the terms have been agreed. Large sites don't have to move to Enterprise. The Pro plan with individual domain pricing can handle a site of any size.
Scan scope in each plan
Besides scan frequency, the plan also sets a monthly budget of subpages to measure. What counts is the number of pages opened, not the number of scanner passes.
| Plan and tier | Maximum depth of a single pass | Monthly budget |
|---|---|---|
| Free, up to 100 subpages | 50 subpages | 150 subpages |
| Basic, up to 100 | 100 | 600 |
| Pro, up to 400 | 150 | 1,500 |
| Pro, up to 4,000 | 300 | 4,000 |
| Pro, up to 7,500 | 500 | 7,000 |
| Pro, up to 10,000 | 500 | 12,000 |
| Enterprise | 500 | 20,000 subpages |
A single scanner pass covers at most 500 subpages, and this applies to the Enterprise plan as well. This is a technical limitation, not a commercial one. That is why, for very large sites, the scan examines a representative sample rather than every subpage.
The monthly budget in the Enterprise plan is 20,000 subpages. We price domains larger than 10,000 subpages individually in every paid plan, so the size of a site on its own doesn't force a move to Enterprise.
CookieOfficer branding on the banner
From the Pro plan, you can hide our logo in the consent banner that your visitors see.
There is one exception: the message about a detected privacy signal (GPC) always shows our branding, even on the Pro plan. This message isn't your content but our statement of how the engine treated the visitor's signal, which is why it has to be signed.
