Setup wizard: a simplified configuration process
Learn about the four configuration steps the panel takes you through after you first sign in.
When you sign in to the CookieOfficer panel for the first time, the system guides you through the setup wizard, which helps you configure the basic settings of your account and site. None of these steps automatically publishes anything on your website. You can stop the process at any time and come back to it later.
What will you configure in the next steps?
Step 2: About you. Answer a few questions about yourself and your organisation. This information will be saved in your account profile, and you'll be able to edit it later in the “Account” section.
Step 3: First banner. Initial configuration of the banner's appearance and content. Remember that this step doesn't yet publish the banner on your website.
Step 4: Deployment. You'll receive a code with the unique ID of your site, and you'll choose how to set it up on your website.

Can I stop the process and come back to it later?
Yes, your progress in the wizard is saved to your account. To return to the unfinished steps, click the “Finish your setup” widget in the right corner of the screen. Expanding the widget shows the list of steps, and collapsing it doesn't remove the tasks.
You can also return to the installation screen using the navigation menu in the panel.
